In January 2017, Wyncode Academy was honored to receive a one million dollar investment from Academic Work. With an annual revenue of over 300 million dollars, Academic Work is Sweden’s largest staffing and recruitment firm with operations all across Northern and Central Europe. Since then, Wyncode has continued to work closely with Academic Work in order to align our goals and projections with that of our sister organization.
Wyncode Academy, the 10-week coding bootcamp based in Miami, this week released its latest Job Placement Report, taking into account all students who graduated from the program in 2017 and tracking whether they found employment through Sept. 17. Miami- based public accounting firm MBAF was tapped to complete study.
In the span of four months, Tatiana Morris went from a new student at Wyncode Academy to a junior developer at Magic Leap.
Liquid Consulting is a consulting company focused on dairy farm automation and is a major supplier of consultants to Tetra Pak. Thanks to an introduction from the Academy in Stockholm, Wyncode was contracted to build a custom cohort in the latest automation technologies. Eight consultants were recruited from around the US and Puerto Rico and they are now working with Liquid Consulting on global assignments. The project was managed by Daniel Castro. Wyncode has launched Wyntalent, a source for vetted technology talent for Miami tech companies. Wyntalent is leveraging Wyncode’s 550+ graduates and 230+ hiring partners to build new apps or assist with larger projects. Wyntalent already has two clients and six consultants with a lot of growth on the horizon. The project is being led by Kip True. Read more in the South Florida Business Journal.
